Kendall went to college in 1991 and obtained a National Certificate in Horticulture, specialising in Arboriculture (trees). After returning to work for a year, whilst studying at night school for an A level in business studies, Kendall returned to college for three years to do a Higher National Diploma in Arboriculture.
 
Kendall was the manager of a local tree surgery Company for five years before leaving to raise his own Son, Harry. Since leaving the tree surgery Company, Kendall has worked for two landscape Companies before setting up in partnership with a one time friend (to create a garden and driveway company). After three years of this partnership, Kendall realised he needed greater experience and support and so approached his Father about once again tackling the world together. And so Creative Buildings and Gardens were born.
